How to sew (quick guide)
Do not iron directly. If needed, cover with a press cloth & low heat.
Stitch types: narrow zigzag, lightning stitch, or overlocker; use differential feed on sergers to avoid stretching the fabric.
For stabilising: cut Framilastic to the seam length; stitch to the seam allowance without stretching (or with minimal stretch for necklines).
For gathers: mark quarter points, stretch the tape evenly as you sew to create consistent gathers, then attach to the garment piece.
