DELIVERY AND RETURNS

We aim to process orders within 3 working days unless otherwise stated on the website or other socials.

Willow Sewing Room Fabrics is based in Northern Ireland, UK, so timings may vary during UK Bank Holidays.

UK SHIPPING

Parcels are sent via Royal Mail, although at times other couriers may be used. Please contact me via email if you would prefer to have your parcel sent by recorded delivery but please note this may incur an additional charge.

Standard shipping is £3.00.

Shipping is FREE for UK orders over £55.00

If you live close to Craigavon or know you will be in the area you can arrange for Local Pick-up and shipping is then Free.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

European shipping is charged at a set price of £14.

Shipping to the USA is set at £30.00

For the rest of the world, shipping is charged at a set price £20.00.

For international shipping, we aim to send parcels via Royal Mail’s Tracked and Signed service, however sometimes we may use an alternative shipping provider or service. Shipping times are provided as a guide only. Royal Mail aims to deliver European parcels within 3 – 5 working days, and international parcels within 5 – 7 working days. Please note that items may be delayed by your local customs, which may affect your delivery times. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. If you have not received your item within 14 days, please contact me via email or messaging service on the website for tracking number.

CUSTOMS CHARGES AND FEES

Your order may be subject to customs charges and fees. These depend on the value of your order and they are payable by you the customer. Each country vary on their levels and thresholds which essentially means we cannot advise on what these may be. Please contact your customs authority of your country for help.

RETURNS

As our fabric is cut to order, we are unable to offer refunds (unless the item is faulty or damaged – see below).
We aim to provide full and accurate descriptions and photographs of all our products, however colours may vary on different monitors.  If you aren’t sure about a particular product, please contact us.

Every effort is made to carefully package your parcel to arrive with you safely. In the unfortunate event that your goods arrive faulty or damaged please contact us within 48hrs on christineforker@googlemail.com so that we can arrange a refund or exchange.

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

• Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfil orders, process refunds and support you.

www.willowsewingroom.com is powered by wix and use their WixEcommerce facilities. When you place an order with us we receive your name, email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address. We DO NOT store any payment details. This information allows us to process your order, ship it out to you, and get in touch with you should there be any problems.

WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and for the following reasons:

• We use your information to process and send out your online shop orders
